The maximum combined flight weight is 450 lbs.

The minimum age to fly is 5 years old, and at least one participant in each flight must be 14 years of age or older.

Please arrive and check in 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all participants 18 years and older. The name on the ID must match the credit card used for booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged the full reservation amount.

If you need to reschedule, at least 1 hour's notice before your check-in time is required. A $15 per person rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduled reservations are non-refundable.

Observer seats, private boat options, flight upgrades, photo packages, may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability at time of flight, we cannot book Observer Seats or Photo Packages at time of Booking.
