Please keep in mind that traffic can increase significantly on holidays and weekends, especially along the two-lane 18-mile highway leading into the Keys. We strongly recommend allowing extra travel time so you can arrive comfortably before your scheduled check-in.
LOCATION & WEATHER
Snorkeling and dive locations are determined on the day of your trip based on current weather and ocean conditions. While we visit some of the most popular reefs in the Florida Keys, specific sites are never guaranteed. We’re happy to take requests, but final site selection is always at the captain’s discretion to ensure the best and safest experience possible.
If weather or sea conditions become unfavorable, we may need to adjust the itinerary or cancel the trip for safety reasons. In some cases, we may offer an alternative mangrove snorkeling experience. If this occurs, you will have the option to reschedule your trip or receive a refund. All decisions regarding trip changes or cancellations are made solely by the captain with safety as the top priority.
