Whether you’re planning a corporate outing, birthday celebration, family gathering, school trip, bachelor or bachelorette party, or just a fun day with friends, we offer flexible group options to fit your needs. Pirates Cove Watersports is happy to assist your group with reservations. Our group rates are based on the number of divers/snorklers per boat trip. Below are the dive rates as well as our policies.

● Dive/Snorkel prices are per person, per trip, and include air tanks and weights, plus tax.
● Max dive capacity is 32. Max snorkel/passenger capacity is 49.
● The boat departs daily at 9:00am and 1:30pm (two-tank/locations). Check-in is 30 minutes before departure.
● Night Dives available (one-tank). Divers/Passengers only.
● Choice of dive sites can be arranged to suit the groups’ needs, for example deep wrecks. Advance notice is required.
● No refunds for seasickness or unused tanks after the boat leaves the dock. ● For every 8 paid divers, 1 Working Staff member (DM or Above) for FREE. Based on per trip, paid divers can vary in high season.
● Group guides are available for hire at an additional price.
● Nitrox Upgrade: $15 per Nitrox tank. Nitrox certification required.
● Scuba Gear rentals are an additional price. Snorkel gear is included in the snorkel price. See below.

Diving Requirements Pirates Cove Watersports. 
● Certification cards must be shown at check in, unless under instruction.
● Divers must have been diving within the last 12 months or be under the direct supervision of an instructor for their first dive.
● For deep dives (60 ft+), divers must show an advanced certification or equivalent.
● A dive computer is required on deep dives.
● If performing instruction off Pirates Cove Watersports boat, a copy of the instructor’s current certification and proof of insurance with Pirates Cove Watersports listed as an additional insured is needed before the boat trip.

Half Day Private Charters
● All charters are 4-hour half-day trips either morning or afternoon.
● Private charters are able to choose their dive/snorkel location. Weather permitting. Off Season (Sept 6th - Jan 31st) $2200 + tax and 20% Gratuity
In Season (Feb 1st - Sept 5th) $2400 + tax and 20% Gratuity

Sunset Cruises
Tour the Florida Bay looking for dolphins and manatees while watching a gorgeous sunset located directly in front of the boat!
Private Sunset Cruises $1000 + tax and 22% Gratuity
Sunset Cruises $59 per person + tax

Terms and Conditions Group Policy
● A 25% deposit must be made in order to hold the reservation.
● Remaining balances must be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival.
● Final dive/snorkel numbers are needed 15 days prior to arrival.
● A manifest is required at least 15 days prior to arrival.
● Group discounts may vary during holidays and high season.
● Trips must be booked in advance and coordinated through ONE group leader. Group members may not pay individually for boat trips.
● Gear rentals and Nitrox Upgrades may be paid individually by the group member.
● Changes to a group reservation must be made through the group leader. Cancellation Policy
● NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date.
● Cancellations made outside of the 30-day cancellation policy will receive a full refund.
● If canceled by Captain due to inclement weather, a refund will be issued.

Boat spaces will be released unless deposit is received. Rates are subject to change without notice until deposit is paid. All rates and prices are subject to Florida Tax. Tax Exempt forms are accepted or can be applied for. Tax Exempt forms must be submitted to Pirates Cove Watersports when the deposit is paid
